Làm nóng lò trước 10 phút, tùy theo nhiệt của lò nhà mà thời gian nướng có thể ngắn hoặc dài hơn. Sau đó cho chuối vào khuôn, rồi rưới đều mật ong lên bề mặt chuối. Đem khuôn chuối đi nướng với nhiệt độ 180 độ C trong khoảng 30 phút.
