Pokemon Blue old-school guy here: - Blastoise: surf, ice beam, earthquake and hydropump -> he can beat everything with those moves including Top 4 with champ Gary singlehandedly (the best boy) - Pidgeot (the best fly boy) - Ninetails (cause she cute) - Lapras (cause she cute) - Gyarados (scary and cool as hell) - Gengar (cool spooky boy) Blastoise was always the strongest, but I tried to level them evenly (once I got them of course)

I lvled up at least 2 Pokemon in first few games to lvl 70. By grinding. Then i used gameshark codes. For alot of rare candy and master balls .. i m so sorry .. i was weak

Relatable. Beat the elite 4 with level 80 charizard with only blast burn while my other pokemons were level 20-30.

Had my blaziken on lv 100 when I entered the league. The other ones on 25-30 or something. Didn’t matter, crushed the elite four with ease and the champ wasn’t a problem either

I made every mistake the creators wanted you to make my first playthrough of red. I remember thinking it was the hardest game ever at just the first gym (picked charmander of course). Then I almost lost my shit at misty, leveled up to +30 and my charmeleon stopped listening to me. I somehow made it to elite 4 but couldn’t beat it until I used missingno hack to get to level 100 with charizard...
